Karaoke Details

Reservation – Provisional Booking

To reserve our karaoke rooms, we require you to email us at info@firecracker.uk.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.


Subject to availability, you will then receive a provisional booking email with a deadline to confirm your reservation. You will need to pay your deposit before the expiry date in order to secure the room.

Provisional bookings are kept for no more than 2-3 days. Those with no provisional booking means the room enquired is still open to other customers as it is a first come-first serve service until the room is provisionally booked out.

If no deposit is received by your expiry date, the room will be automatically made available for other customers who are on the waiting list.
Your booking is not secure until a deposit has been received – verbal agreement is not accepted.

Deposit 


Deposits can be paid by debit or credit card over the phone or you can pay in person at the Westminster restaurant.
Deposit can only be able to be refunded at the end of your session, after the last guest, leaves back onto the original card you made the deposit with. If you happen to leave early and some of your party stays, you will be able to call back the next day to get your deposit back (subject to any changes that may need to occur).

By making a deposit payment, it means you accept our room booking terms and conditions.
Please check our terms and conditions before making a deposit payment.
If you have paid your deposit by card, we will need to see the same card that you used to pay for the deposit prior to refunding your deposit. Deposit can not be refunded unless the card has been verified.

Cancellation 


More than 7 days before the booking date – deposit is refundable subject to a cancellation charge of 10% of deposit value. Less than 7 days before booking date – deposit is not refundable.

Cancellations must be done by telephone or email only. We cannot accept voicemail messages as notice.

Minimum Spend Room Rates During Christmas Period (from  01/12/2017 to 01/01/2018) 

We will hold provisional bookings for no more than 5 days, and no provisional bookings within 14 days of the booking date. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 14 days of booking.
Usual admin charge still applies for cancellation with more than 14 days notice.
