Rooms are held for 30 minutes over the allocated booked time, if we are unable to contact you then the room becomes available to other customers.

If a room is booked and the party does not turn up in full the minimum spend still applies.

Cancellations are best by telephone; we cannot accept voicemail mailbox messages as notice. If you can’t telephone, please email your cancellation request, to info@firecracker.uk.com and clearly state your name, booking date and time and a contact number where we can reach you!

Customers who wish to bring their own drinks to site will be charged an appropriate fee for corkage. These drinks must be shown and approved by our staff upon arrival where the customer will be informed of the corkage fee before consumption.  Failure to bring this to our attention upon arrival will result in a fee being added to the bill without confirming with the customer.

For Safety concerns each room has a maximum capacity which we are legally obliged to enforce. Additional guests over and above the maximum capacity of your booking will be offered an alternative room, only if a room is available. If you continually exceed the maximum amount of people allocated to your room, additional guests will be refused and you may be asked to leave prior to your finishing time and required to settle your bill immediately. If the bill is less than the minimum spend then you are required to pay the higher amount to meet the minimum spend.

Prior to room hire all equipment is checked to be in good working order. Damages to our equipment will be charged on the night: this includes microphones valued at £250 each and all furniture and fittings, you may also incur a cleaning charge if any unnecessary mess is made by your group.

Firecracker reserves the right to search bags on entry to the premises.

Food or drink not supplied by firecracker is not permitted on site; you will be asked to put these away otherwise you could be ejected from the venue immediately and charged in full for the room hire.

Anybody who looks under the age of 18 will be asked for identification – we accept driving license or passport only.

CCTV is in operation in all areas.
