  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    The best way is to use our online web ordering. Sign up and receive 20% off your first order, come and collect your order and get 10% off every time. You can also find us on Justeat, Deliveroo, and Ubereats.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND FOR DELIVERY?

    Yes, there is a minimum spend of £20.00.

  • DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

    Yes, we have an additional delivery charge of £2.50.

  • DO YOU NOT DO THE MEAL DEALS IN THE EVENING?

    No, our meal deals are only available during lunch time on Monday-Fridays, between 12pm – 2.30pm.

  • WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE ON A TABLE?

    For Westminster, there is a maximum of 7 people.

    For Kennington, there is a maximum capacity of 6.

  • DO I NEED TO BOOK?

    Book in advance is aways advised.

  • WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP COMING FOR LUNCH, WILL IT BE A QUICK LUNCH?

    For group bookings we always recommend preordering in advance this will allow us to provide a more efficient service to the group.

  • IS YOUR RESTAURANT ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS?

    Unfortunately not both branches are very old buildings and therefore have no facitlities.

  • DO YOU HAVE A BABY CHANGING AREA?

    Afraid not neither branches have baby changing facilities.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RESPONSE?

    The booking team aims to reply within 24-48 hours but please understand that reply time may be longer if they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

  • DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC TIME SLOTS OR OFFER HOURLY RATES?

    No hourly rates, our room deals offer the best value for money. We operate from 5:30pm till closing, during this time your booked room is yours for the whole period. During the month of December we have our Xmas rates. Offering two session a day, from 12-5pm, and from 6pm - closing.

  • ARE WE ONLY ALLOWED TO ORDER FROM THE PARTY MENUS?

    For all large group bookings, at present we are offering the Party menu. Party menu selection must be passed on to our staff 12hours in advance of the booking.

    Those with special dietary requirements can opt out and order from the A La Carte menu. Please speak to a member of our staff to pre arrange this.

  • IF I WANT TO KNOW THE AVAILABILITY FOR A DATE, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?

    Send us a booking request here, and we will get back to you. To secure your booking a deposit is required.

  • DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

    Deposits are required for all room bookings or large table bookings (6 or more person).

  • IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

    Your deposit becomes refundable once you have reached your minimum spend for our private room bookings. This is refunded back to the card you used to make the deposit at the end of the session.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

    Yes, you can spend on food and drinks up to the minimum spend. Please see our rates here.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM SPEND?

    Your deposit will be used to meet the shortfall, or you will need to pay the higher amount.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR YOUR ROOMS?

    Each room differs at 10, 20, 40, 60 people. (Please note that babies or children count as one person)

  • IF WE ONLY HAVE 11 PEOPLE, CAN WE STILL SQUEEZE INTO THE REGULAR ROOM FOR 10 PEOPLE?

    For health and safety reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the room limit.

  • WHAT SONGS DO YOU HAVE?

    We can’t provide a specific list as our song database if so large, however our karaoke system has over 160,000 songs with different languages and is updated every month.
